Meditating on the natural breath


We meditate on the breath as it is with us at all times to access, it has a direct link to how our physical body feels and responds to situations.

The natural breath is connected to the body, mind and unconscious mind to support grounding in this reality. By drawing our attention to the natural breath we are able to calm ourselves, develop focus and clarity. Regular practice leads to improved cognitive control, increased awareness of the thoughts, feelings and awareness of the subconscious mind where our behavioural tendancies initiate.
